Skyhoundz Disc Dog (K9 Frisbee) Competition at Bow Wow Beach, Stow, Ohio

Today Ryleigh and Jack competed in their first Skyhoundz Competition and did great! Ryleigh competed in the Novice division and took 4th! Jack had some awesome grabs in practice and competed in the Pro Division and had some awesome 3 point grabs and did well too!

Being our first ever disc event both Brian and I really liked it. I think it’s almost like dock jumping but without the water. Many dogs had the ‘wow’ factor in the way they jump up and curl like in dock diving. Brian and I will be back for more Disc Dog events.

We are working with Skyhoundz to add Disc to our MetroParks dock jumping event! Hope we can make it happen.
